What we collect. When you use the deal analyzer, download content, buy a product, or book a call, we collect what you give us: email address, name, the deal figures you enter, form answers, purchase history, and basic usage events (pages, clicks, email opens).

How we use it. To deliver the tools and content you asked for, send the email series you signed up for, prepare valuations you request, and — if you ask about buying or selling — to follow up about brokerage services. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, payments, email delivery, scheduling) and with the brokerage team when you request a valuation or call.

Email. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately. Transactional emails (receipts, downloads) are sent as needed.

Your data, your call. Want your data deleted or exported? Email james@jamestgarner.com and we'll handle it.

Cookies. We set a session cookie to remember your analyzer progress and an anonymous id so your results survive a page refresh. No third-party ad tracking.
